Yes and no. The debt level is incresead but so did earnings, I think next year will be great for Stars when full earnings picture will be visible. On one geagraphy - not correct. Stars became biggest global gameing company. 

>Sky sold at the perfect moment and got full valuation

Remember, that sky shareholders got many Stars shares @ $38. Low volume, no news and massive short attack - I tnink these are the factors. I would buy at these levels - not sell.
