Starting to understand why they had to hire consultants to complete the FDA filings. Has anyone read the tender(s) we're bidding on? If the statement of requirements have specified the ability of the equipment to deal with scopes, I'm surprised we didn't get the sole source award, since no other steriliser can do that. Leads me to think that our main competitive advantage was not included as a mandatory criteria for these tenders, which allows other inferior products to be considered for purchase.
