Aug 2018 Quarterly Results

Aug 2018 Quarterly ResultsAs I understand it, the August financials should be posted by the end of October.  Am I correct in this supposition?  If they are not posted, and we still have heard nothing from the company, what would be our course of action?  Do we have any lawyers on this board?  I have been long for a considerable time, but I have a really bad feeling about this lack of transparency.
