Someone, who does not have blind faith in this management team, might see this job posting as neither here nor there. If they get a sale, great, they can sift through resumes, if not, just don't hire anyone. In any case, it costs nothing to put out a job posting - they might even get a nitwit to play dominos with that crumb. We see what we want to, don't we? Quotes = sales, job postings = sales, 52 week lows = stock manipulation / buying opportunities. We shall see, in November. FWIW, I'm cautiously optimistic. I'll just point out, again, that sterilized scopes were (I assume) not a requirement for the tenders since the procurement was not simply awarded to the only available vendor that could meet the requirements (us). If that's the case, it would indicate that scope sterilisation was not considered or was not important enough to overcome the (understandable) aversion of the public sector to non competitive procurement processes.
