Want some cheese with that whine?I always enjoy visiting the bullboards when a stock goes down. It amazes me how adults can whine so much. They should sell their shares and buy savings bonds at 1.5% interest.
Anyway, when the DOW drops 608.01, the Nasdaq 329.14, and the TSE 376.04, it's a bit of a miracle if any stock stays in the green. We actually did quite well today just dropping 62 cents. We performed better than four of the other big players.
Tilray -$11.50
Canopy -$3.25
Aphria -$1.16
Cronos -$.92
I only regret I am pretty much fully invested and not in the position to buy more at this price, or even lower if it drops more.
No stock is ever green every day and no stock is ever red every day, so patience is the key here.
Nothing has changed as far as Aurora's fundamentals, and I would not give up on Aurora hooking up with a beverage company very soon. It could be a simple as they are waiting for stability in the market before announcing any type of transaction.
Why would they want to make an announcement when the markets are in a correction mode? It would certainly lessen the impact if you made an announcement the same day as all the major markets are down.
If someone is truly a long, days like this really don't mean all that much. Especially when this stock can go up at rocket speed at any time, and especially when Aurora is so well positioned to be a driving force on a worldwide scale.
Keep the faith, stay long, and you will be rewarded.
