RE:RE:And here is total order book

RE:RE:And here is total order bookProfit sharing with JV's also involves cost sharing with JV's. And in Ghana, GN carries the financial burden with individual approvals of the end purchasers. De-risk de-risk, Gamble has it figured out.

We have to keep in mind lots of these projects are joint ventures and there will be profits being split both ways.

Using the recent Ghana news example.

The 2-bedroom units will sell for US$33,600 and the 3-bedroom for US$42,000. The EHT/UCI joint venture currently estimates a net margin of 7.5%-12% (approx. US$2,520-US$4,032 per each 2-bedroom unit)

So profits for the 60 000 units of 2 bedroom are between $151.2M and $241.92M.
40 000 units of 3 bedroom between $126M and $201.6M.

totaling between $277.2M and $443.52M.

And so forth for the remaining projects.
