Additional liquidity added to the balance sheet -
The additional $120mm of
liquidity could allow the company to fully fund both the first and second tranches
of the Ramu Co-Ni streams without the need for equity.
Strong Tesla Model 3 production -
Tesla released its Q3/18 financial results
yesterday, which recorded 56,065 Model 3 deliveries. This figure resulted in the
highest revenue generated for U.S. passenger car sales in the quarter, while also
coming in fifth in total volume. The results demonstrate the high adoption rate
of EVs, which bodes well for the battery metals space and cobalt prices going
forward, in our view.
