So just working the numbers along with Eric's prior thoughts on potential valuation I am coming up with best case scenarios much lower than he expected.

And even those numbers are not certain given the performance stock issuance potential as mentioned in the reports which would further dilute things.

Even if the valuation was 2.00 a post deal share, you would only have 1/4 of the shares after the reverse so it could mean 50 cents tops (if that)

This process has to change, been following up on other halteds and its been a disaster



So, it sounds like this one is pretty well a write off. I've been reversed-split into oblivion...even if this stock ever starts trading again.
