To be honest with you, and I've said this before, I don't think Jay cares for what you email him with. It's all under the wraps. If you called him out on it at the shareholders meeting - that'd be a different story. If you called him out via some publication - even better. Jay is paid very well (you saw the quarterly burn and the dodgy investments in the website, PR company, etc. - should give you an idea). Plus he is hoping to eventually sell. He is good. If you told him publicly: "Jay we really think you should hustle harder. Use those funds you have for productive things. Or let's switch up the board." And if those who provided 2 rounds of financing said: "Yeah, Jay, God d*mn!" it'd be a different story. Nobody wants the dream to end.
