We all pick and choose what we want, sometimes what we want and what we get are at odds with each other. You're apparently a long-suffering investor. You bought into something that hasn't panned out. Maybe it will some day, maybe it never will. Just recognize this is no investment. This is more of a casino gamble. The immediate upside is limited. The downside is where you came from.

Yes, the recent agreement means Rusoro has some leverage with that crook in Caracas, for now. But the line of creditors could probably stretch from here to the moon. There is no possibility to pay off $150 Billion USD of global debt and with a poorly maintained oil sector, they can barely service the debt. Maybe you'll get the first 100 million owed to you. But... if this company has to go after international assets, it will be long and messy and the common shareholder might never see a penny of any settlement. If the regime collapses, do you really your JV will continue in a war zone?
