sprott on weekly wrapupHe is now becoming more of a believer in the mine and that they will find other high grade deposits with the structures. if they do,we have a multi bagger on our hands,if we dont, you might lose 50% of your investment. im with sproot, the upside is rediculous while the downside is limited. so,its an excellent risk/reward scenarion. He was also very confused as to the wording of the nr in relation to the 35k ozs,is it in addition to FDV or incluuding FDV. ? as he says, how would they know either way what it contains. However,i just reread ythe nr and it states "RNC now expects 27-30,000 ounces of gold from the immediate Father's Day Vein area and substantially more than 35,000 ounces from the 540 metres of A Zone sediment structures identified to date" well, substantially more along the 540 meters than 35k ozs is a good thing, but that was never what the 35k ozs was referring to in the first place. so,i believe they tried to incorporate the previously announced 35k ozs and smokescreen it into the entire 540 meter length portion currently being worked on. open at both ends as well. A bit of a shell game by the company in that news release, and the market responded in a negative fashion. however, the nr how now been discounted, but next nr needs to be much more clear or it will get whallopped again imo. Sprott did not mention the screwup on the overestimating the amount of gold in the king henry and sylvie boulders, which came in at just under 18oo ozs less gold than the original nr on the discovery. The ship has been righted, selby buys 100k shares in total damage control. Future news releases,we better not need any damage control due to mistakes or poor wording/smokescreen tactics.
