I have been burned badly from a few stock picks in the past from companies who put out false and misleading statements, or no news at all. I find that SNS is different in this regard.
They were doing very well off one big customer. But that was pretty well 80% of the business.
I think the main culprit for the down turn with SNS in particular is cheap brown sand being made available right in the Permian Basin. Doesn't work quite as well, but it's just so cheap! Same as buying under wear from Walmart.
I continue to hold SNS. Very long term now. I still have trust in management.
