they have aggregious amounts of .01 stock and .15 cent options and then buy at higher prices to make it look like they see value.  All theyve done is move up their cost to .04 cents



Subsequent to December 31, 2017, the Company issued 99,999,900 Class A common shares for gross proceeds of $1,156,087. 
6) STOCK OPTIONS
The Company established a stock option plan (the “Plan”). Under the Plan, the maximum number of shares reserved for issuance may not exceed 10% of the total number of issued and outstanding common shares and the exercise term of any option granted under the Plan may not exceed ten years. Each option vesting period is determined on a grant by grant basis by the Board of Directors.
On March 7, 2018, the Company granted a total of 6,575,000 stock options with fair value of $40,674 to shareholders. These stock options are exercisable at an exercise price of USD$0.15 (CAD$0.20) per share
