RE:RE:looks like weve stabilized I think they do believe that, although I think there is a chance it won't, the biggest problem I guess is that the yield LOOKS so crazy it makes people think "to good to be true" which leaves people hesitant. one addition to the NR I believe would have at least settled this at 1.25 would have been them telling people they have no intention cutting the diivy. just my personal opinion but I think its one of the best buys out there right now and there are LOTS! many things taking a beating. .........
