RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CRA Appeal

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CRA AppealYes you are spot on and this is all partly why the Canadian market has done so poorly over the last few years. Why invest in Canada? The government which is now controlling the pot industry is more like the mafia every day. Money! Money!
But they cannot seem to get anything done in the best interests of the country. Hired hundreds of people for the CRA to shake down ordinary taxpayers with audits. Myself included. They lost but it still cost me time and money. I hear this same story from many people and certified accountants.

They set the rules and Cameco followed them but they did not like the result. Change the rules and then companies will adjust and follow them. But they want to take the Trump approach and go back on their word and use the CRA to blackmail companies and destroy the investing climate here instead.
Shaking down companies like Cameco to destroy jobs and hurt the industry here. Those jobs and the benifet of capital expenditures to contractors etc. is most important and would mean more taxes than what they are fighting for in the end. But they want to waist our tax payers money on destroying companies, jobs and investment in Canada.   N3
