Most recent down turn Seems to be due to Nasdaq and many other tech indexes/stocks dropping.
Valuation at this point is getting a little ridiculous I think however...
$16M Market cap @ $0.125 with a company that I see has:
$4M in cash
$10M revenue projected this fiscal year ($4.8M done in first half)
$780k Adj Ebita
$-440k loss (close to breakeven, and expected profitability soon)
$3M+ in deferred revenue to be realized over the next year
Low debt levels, overall good balance sheet
High expected growth rate with new sales of existing healthcare IT platforms and sales of developing technologies (ex. blockchain)
Recurring annual revenue model
Strong management team with good history of growing successful healthcare IR companies
Hard to find a better company under $30M valuation, let alone at $16M. Always do your own DD.
