SPK seems like a good buy here considering all

SPK seems like a good buy here considering all
Considering the shares outstanding, relative to thecurrent price and level of interest in the Tunisa project, and considering there is clearly a new v. strong board of directors coming in soon, SPK is definitely one to accumulate. Strong hands are not giving this up, and we are seeing accumulation from weak hands to strong here. The last AGM should have seen the new board voted in but shenanigans by current management stopped that, if you are not up to speed see https://quantresearch.net/marketadvisory-spk-oct-2018.htm . Exploration dibs are spoken for in favour of SPK and there is fantastic interest from what I hear from people in the industry that I talk to. The Tunisia project is a serious project that if given proper guidance will see either a buy-out offer, that new team will deliver it. I hear there is some serious legal action afoot that should result in the current board resigning within the coming couple months. When the new team takes over, look out, this is going much much higher.
