my source is pretty much bang on always , Should be out soon .. maybe delayed.

But besides that Tantalex team don't give a F about shareholders as CATL owns 25% of float management owns over 40% of float and insiders own 10-20% of float ...

Whom ever is selling or keep this down is doing it on purpose ... So news should make this fly to mid teens.
