The Company controls approximately 60,950 hectares with four gold properties spread along this underexplored belt. Its projects include Shovelnose Gold, Prospect Valley Gold, Skoonka Creek Gold and Skoonka North. The Shovelnose gold property consists of approximately 45 contiguous mineral claims encompassing 41,623 hectares (ha). The Prospect Valley (PV) Gold Property is located roughly 30 kilometers to the west of Merritt, British Columbia and is situated in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt (SBGB) and covers approximately 10,927 ha. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Skoonka Creek project, which is situated near the northern end of the SBGB. The Skoonka North Property consists of three contiguous mineral claims encompassing approximately 6,167 hectares wholly owned by the Company.

I guess it depends on how you define bashing.  To me, he was presenting a thoughtful alternate analysis of value, while the guy who posted the mindless "no gold and tons of debt" comment with zero rationale behind it, was bashing.  The way I see it pumpers and bashers post content-free drivel that is aimed at moving the price in the direction they would profit from.  

The original poster in this thread was comparing two different markets - the market for small producers, and the market for explorers.  I can see his point, as I own some of each, and it appears to me that they are valued very differently by the market.  Producers are valued based on cash flow, profits, balance sheets, the life of mine implied by the reserves, etc.  Explorers are valued based on potential implied by drill results.  Any exploration potential in a producing company tends to get overlooked.  I could name a couple of examples, but this is not the place.
