RE:RE:RE:Dear MaglanThe deal with PAE was for PAE to pay MVN USD 10mm, carry MVN on two exploratory wells and provide MVN a USD 40mm credit facility in connection with drilling activity in CASE.  

I disagree a listing in Argentina is useless.  

The company should soon announce when they are going to release earnings.  Last year earnings were announced on November 14.
