You are right that we should see news soon.   Not sure to whether to be concerned or thrilled with this no news.   We've seen APC just duck out and not release news before so that is my concern.   My thrill is, this is most likely a delay with our partner(s) and having their approval to release news.    Wonder if someone like heidleberg knows APC's cash position is near refinancing levels and holding out so they can finance at Low levels.    It would be a smart move for HDL. To be honest, I'd probably be alright with this situation as it brings more credibility and a strong partner inside our world.
