RE:Insider buying?

RE:Insider buying?Check SEDI... last insider buy goes back months. 95% of insider transactions since January have been exercise of millions of cheap options at roughly $1.20 current price followed by daily sells of hundreds of thouda d of shares they acquired from their insider options. Best part is that of the thousand plus regulatory SEDI filings, every single one was submitted more than 4 months late. Penalties as per BC legislation are $50 per transaction. Other provinces have similar penalties for late filings however add per day to that penalty. No wonder these crooks chose BC to run their scam. Had this been done in Ontario the regulatory fines would have been close to $10M. Instead they paid fines of maybe $50,000. Complete fraud. They can all burn in hell.
