There is a big difference between prior results and future. In the past, OGI was the retailer selling directly to end customers (medical).  Yes they wholesaled a bit of their product to other LPs but that was insignificant.  OGI benefitted by the fact they weren’t selling through middlemen who took a cut of the profit.

The future is very different in that they are wholesaling to provincial governments.  A gram sold to them sells for less than the same gram sold on the medical side.

They also are selling branded product that will attract some marketing and royalty payments that don’t exist on the medical side.  Think Trailer Park Boys.

Don’t get me wrong.  I think they will be very profitable.  We just need to understand they have a very different and higher S,G&A cost structure going forward.

They also have more interest expense, depreciation and stock option costs to cover.
