RE:.17 difference in Warrant priceDon't give up on the old warrants. It is really time to buy them, because they are at a discount. Keep in mind that exercise price is fixed at $3.15
So your cost is whatever you paid for them when exercising.
Simple example:
I buy $10,000 warrants at today's price of $.70 (rounded up). It cost me $7000 plus commissions.
Stock price goes to $6.00 and keeps afloat thabove there for two weeks, these warrants are early expired (or accelerated expired).
Let's say the N.WT is still discounted and trailing the stock price by aound $1.30 - so around $4.70
My cost to exercise each N.WT is $3.15 + $.70 = $3.85 - so I spend another $31500 to exercisr them. My total cost for 10000 Namaste shares is now $31500 + $7000 + commissions - total $38500
So now I have 10,000 Namaste shares trading above $6 that are worth at least $60,000
You can sell them now at a discount or hold them later. My own strategy is to sell a portion (enough to pay the execise price) and use that to convert the remaining. I am still ahead.
