Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:bidthe real issue with PHO is liquidity ( not price, not sector or anything for that matter). The management thought by graduating to the big board they will create shareholder value  by improving liquidity - guess that was wrong.  Unless you are able to attract big fishes like pension funds who generally are value investors moving to the big board is really of no use. We are now at the mercy of short sellers. I think management should start thinking about a) reverse split or b) should look into acquisition. That being said I see the long term story intact - lets see what they have in store on Nov 8th for us.

(It is black out period for buy back if i am correct)
