Why would Harwinder receive 7 million for BSPG!? ITS JARRED BERRY WHO USED TO WORK THERE. The same Jared Berry who had 10% ownership after writting himself 40,000,000 shares options at $0.12. Before he left eh company he did a private disposition of 6M of his shares to someone in his family in order for him not to have to disclose his sale of shares because he would be under the 10% insider rule of disclosure. The stock then split leaving him with 3,400,000 shares with an average cost of $1.20 and his family friend 600,000 shares witht he same average cost. They have been selling since June and tmaking money every day. THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING WITH MJNA A FEW YEARS AGO. Berry worked for BSPG.
