RE:RE:TRPX Deal 37 HUGE shares for every TRPX share???

1) The terms of the LOI will be superseded by a definitive agreement, which FSD Pharma and Therapix intend to execute within 30 days. (I wouldn't consider this finalized.)

2) The final number of class B subordinated shares and percentage ownership of the Company will fluctuate based on the 20 day average of the FSD Pharma stock closing price on the date the Transaction is finalized. (not sure if this is the date the deal has received regulatory approval.

3) It is anticipated that the common shares of the Company will continue to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FRA), and the Company intends to apply to list on NASDAQ, subject to regulatory approvals.

4) The Transaction is subject to a number of customary conditions, including, but not limited to, the negotiation and execution of relevant transaction documents, regulatory approvals, completion of satisfactory due diligence by FSD Pharma and Therapix, and approval of the Transaction by the shareholders of Therapix. Subject to the satisfaction of these conditions and other conditions precedent, the Transaction is anticipated to be completed by Q1 2019.

If I read correctly, the 20 day average consists of the 20 days immediately preceding the final closing. Is this correct? Because alot can happen between now and then.

Not sure how you figure there will be 37 shares paid for every TRPX share. That would be Crazy and I think everyone would have sold all their shares of HUGE (FSD) and bought tons of shares from TRPX. That would mean every 1,000 shares of TRPX at closing today valued at $5,950.00 US would be worth about 37,000 shares of FSD. Meaning that value at closing today at FSD is worth about $15,725.00 CDN. Doesn't make sense. If anyone has proof otherwise then please share.
