RE:Mgw It all depends on what the deal is, how long the contract is and how much they are paying for the lot. But in the end it's always good to be sold out. Projections has everyone sold out for the next 5yrs.

They should be starting Telkwa Phase 2 and Nevada immediately after as funds permit. So when international deals come, they will be prepared. I'm thinking it's not a bad idea to throw a few hundred thousand in California to get it started up. They already have the ground work and infrastructure set up. Just hire and grow. Then build more greenhouses later.
