The new ceo just delayed the report till whenever he feels like it's ready
Financing will be in place around June 2019 (early 2019 means either delay on June 30 or june)
As stated.. Fiona only lies.. hence , there's absolutely no reason to contact IR.. they won't tell you anything but false hope.. which will let you make bad decisions.
