I know one thing.If the Chinese or any other country had this "technology" it would be up and running on a massive scale.That is if it really works.This is painfully slow .Can't they find a fabricator that can build these units quicker and adapt them to different plants..Oh sorry I forgot they need more Government cash.Bla bla bla.
