RE:Funny isn't ItWell once IIROC is looking closer, brokers and banks become more vigilant cause they don't want to be caught enabling any trader to be part of stock manipulation as they could be implicated paying fines and have their image tarnished themselves and the effect is it becomes more risky to be exposed being part of or enabling manipulation and no-one wants to be caught, it's a ripple effect!!  IIROC should use their technology for the benefit of the average investor where they can find a needle in a haystack and trace anyone involved in intentional manipulation of a security.
