Not surprising

Not surprisingI'm not surprised.  The recent downturn helped seal the deal.  I chuckled when I read the part about being one of the last small cap producers, really?  There's a reason they dont exist.  Perhaps your search for a dancing partner would've helped shareholders more than what management decided to do over the last year.  They should've partnered with another dividend payer like SGY, TOG, WCP, CJ, etc and get into a larger asset base that's more diversified.

$0.01/month is fine for the current conditions - maybe there should be more thought put into growth or share buybacks like the others did ovver a year ago.
