I am not a complainer. I am just as happy as anyone else about this win, however there is an element of great disatisfaction present. How could they possibly be late to submit their offer ?
Mr. Rumble and his operating staff should be called to order over this. He should come forward with a transparent explaination of this very public screw-up. Someone was asleep at the switch. If it was intentional it should be explained, if it wasn't it should also be explained and the steps taken to avoid such a repeat should be explained too. Lots of explainations that should not be held back under the new age of transparency, new chairwoman, no more Geting.
