Ok they where late, how come ? That should be a question at the next conference call. Beyond that, what I see is that  J&J  was not corresponding to the crirerion of conformity. Steris didn't even applied. So this is a no brainer. The only equipment who was conform is the VP4, late or not !

J&J wasn't late but could not offer the right tools and Steris did even tried ! why not ? probably that they now that they can't pretend there able to sterilize those scopes (same for J&J)
