Like your comments. 

There are good reasons for fine tuning the options for the mine plan, given all the resources in the area.  With the market possibilities for arsenic free cobalt residue, I wouldn't doubt that the Company is methodically evaluating a host of complicated purchase offers before selecting an appropriate set of sales terms to plug into the OFS.  Callahan is not a fool.
