Synex Renewable Energy Corporation is engaged in the development, acquisition, ownership, and operation of renewable energy projects in Canada. The Company has ownership interests in 12 megawatts (MW) of operating hydro projects in British Columbia and owns a Vancouver Island grid connection and utility carrying on business as Kyuquot Power Ltd. The Company also has 9.4 MW of construction ready run-of-river projects, applications, and land tenures on another 24 potential hydroelectric sites totaling over 150 MW of capacity, and approximately 16 wind development sites that could provide up to 4,700 MW of clean power in British Columbia. The electrical energy business of the Company is conducted by its wholly owned subsidiary, Synex Energy Resources Ltd. Its power plants include Mears Creek Hydro Plant, Cypress Creek Hydro Plant, China Creek Hydro Plant, McKelvie Creek Hydro Project, Newcastle Creek Hydro Project, Victoria Lake Hydro Project, and others.

All those crooks did was prolong the takeover and waste shareholders money fighting it. They also got to pull down some fat salaries while costing us all lots of money. They should be forced to pay your prize in economics as well as pay us all back. They were the ones who needed the finacing to keep the mismanaged company alive so they knew all along the eventual takeover was going to happen.
