Pemex Test and Genoil

So if UFA does not have pilot plant and Genoil does not have pilot plant either and the test was done in what Junkets said "refinery" hahaha yes he said so. So what does Pemex get from this test?
Also, there is no oil & gas technology company that does not have pilot plants (yes, with S).
David is making some smoke and he's trying to get someone buys in his trash talk.

But hey we all know David does not care about contracts and revenue, he cares about LOI, MOU. He proved that in the past 20 years.
