RE:RE:Latest Interview from Cannabis Conference Frankfurt

RE:RE:Latest Interview from Cannabis Conference FrankfurtTime to inject some reality into JMark80's "wisdom". BayStreetBrian is 100% correct, hopefully nobody has acted on this thread. All of the below information is publicly disclosed if one takes the time to look for it. 1. "They won't be selling anything in Q2 2019 as they have to wait for their sales license which is issued 12-18 mths after cultivation license etc etc." This was under the OLD RULES. Under the CANNABIS ACT once a license to produce is received a company can begin selling to the recreation channels as long as product testing is done etc. A license to sell direct to medical consumers is still required. So yes, they can be selling in Q2 2019 - Whistler Medical Marijuana sold out their entire inventory in one day at the highest price in the country, over $16/gram! 2. "US Operations Have No Value" - ROMJ has built a state of the art custom designed cannabis greenhouse facility which is one of the most advanced in the country. This facility will produce ultra high grade organic cannabis. The WA market has thousands of producers (https://data.lcb.wa.gov/Licensing/Licensed-Businesses/u3zh-ri66) but only a handful produce the type of cannabis Rubicon will. The majority of producers are outdoor grow or plastic hoop houses. It is true the market is saturated with low quality flower but high quality flower (the kind people who consume cannabis actually want) is sold out and commands a significant price premium. Simple math, 4,500kg's = 9,920lbs = 4.5m grams @ $5/gram = US$22.5m in Revenue @ even a 70% EBITDA margin = USD$15.75m in EBITDA times a 5x EBITDA multiple = US$79m in value. The company has a market cap of CDN$90m which includes the CDN assets! Do the same math for the CDN assets which are estimated to produce 11,000kg and you will get to a number that is multiples times larger than the current valuation and that is why it is so interesting. Combine the above with the extremely tight cap structure (only 36m shares and no overhang) it is well positioned.
