didn't PG say last year that they would use their excess cash to buy back some shares? I haven't bothered to look into that since, anybody know?

Normally over the past years, PG has traded in a predictive pattern....goes up, then pushed back down....up....back down...
this time we seem to be staying down....

been frustrating for sure.
