Why don't we ever get updates?

Why don't we ever get updates?Does anyone know whatever happened to the Richmond BC facility? The news release from Emerald dated November 29th 2017 stated " Emerald aims to harvest from this new 75,000 square feet of cultivation space by 3Q 2018 and
plans to have over 500,000 square feet of cultivation space built at this site by year end". I don't recall anything since, can anyone update me? thanks
