ThoughtsJust some random thoughts. A number of times I've seen the question about working through the winter and if we can do it. There are mines operating year round that are north of us. Places like Baffin Island andNunavut can do it so we will have no issues. Greenland may be cold and dark in the winter but it actually doesn't get too much snow. Besides which blasting will remove snow and the road will be constantly driven on by huge trucks so no issues there either. Hideaway is correct that boats can get there year round and if the water should ice over the Danish Navy patrols the area and can come in and break ice when needed.
With todays recent photo and the stated goal of shipping goods this year I wouldn't be surprised if we are up and running in short order. The trucks can bring 1000 tonnes a day to the primary hopper, the warehouse holds 30,000 tonnes and we want to ship a boatload this year. That's 30 days of production to fill the warehouse and subsequently fill the boat. That doesn't leave a lot of time to fill a boat and have it on its way this year so hopefully some new photos in the weeks ahead will show the warehouse filling up.
Once production is proven all those lawyers holding up the new clients from signing off takes will give the go ahead as they can now be dealing with a producing mine. It would be fun to be at the Greenland airport to see which companies are coming to town to check HUD out and sign some deals. Then our share price will get out of its rut.
Speaking of which I think we are in this rut because of the last financing. I've seen it before. Weak hands are offered the opportunity to buy shares in a friends and family deal when they really couldn't afford to be doing it and then essentially they sell their shares to hold on to the below cost warrants that were part of the deal. There's a lot of shares being offered at 44. They will be gone and then the share price will take off.
