RE:RE:RE:RE:Why don't we ever get updates?

JYD, as a matter of fact I do look up things on this companies web site and others. If you had read my question in its entirety you surely  would have seen that I quoted from a Emerald new release. I'm not sure what complaining has to do with asking questions but whatever you like. 
I have found that asking questions is a good thing usually but you certainly do not have to answer. fortunately  most are more considerate and answer when they can as I do when I can.
