Especially if you are thinking about a $200 share price, this would mean a market cap of almost $70B assuming no other new shares to be issued after this current round of the Constellation deal. Hmmm.................

It looks logical that because price is fixed, one will exercise warrant towards the close of 3 year period.
My opinion, in 3 years time, Canopy will be over $ 200. So, buying 200 $ share at a fixed price od 50.4 will be a real good deal for STZ.
