This should clarify all the doubts and build investors ‘ confidence. Citgo is the reason Venezuela will pay or Rusoro can very easily sell a billion $ out of $35B assets and with court order.
it’s a wining situation for RML, payment  could be coming Nov or next year sometime for sure
