RE:RE:Bonavista loses $17.81-million in Q3 2018I think the $83.7 million is the debt pay down as they intended to pay $70-90. With 3 months remaining they should have between $90-100MM paid down which is more than they expected. Looks like a better than planned year for bonavista although 2019 could be interesting

The $17.8 million losses were big. $11 million spent on acquiring property could account for part of that.

I got scared reading the following:

 "We have generated $83.7 million of surplus funds flow exceeding the mid-point of our annual goal of $70 to $90 million in less than nine months. The majority of this surplus has been used to create incremental financial flexibility as we navigate through unprecedented commodity price discounts created by excessive regulatory uncertainty in the western Canadian energy sector."

That sounds a lot like they got $83.7 million and spent it to stay afloat because of low WCS oil prices.

Thoughts?
