um Hardwinder is definatly an insider. It says so on the insider filing report and Was deemed an insider 6 months before coming one. Or they (isol) gives 20 million shares to anyone plus sneak another 7.4 million in cash in to hardwinders pocket during the bspg deal. Plus the chairman of the boards brother. But yeah your probably Right,.... not an insider...
