I have had the pleasure of reading all your messages over the years and don't recall you "always saying" anything like that.  Unless it's at the office or something.

The deep sea port comment is accurate.  The metal prices are fine to get started.  It's a 2 year process so you are always spinning that wheel anway.  We should tell DC to get started.
