The trip to 73 and back to 83 totalled 700K shares over 8 days.  So averaging less than 100K volume per day.  And 85 support had left some time ago.  Over that period, the revised PEA and subsequent re-ratings occurred.  Actually, incredible the volume has been so low with the revised PEA

I just don't subscribe to 95% of manipulation calls....that's all.
