IS the div safe?

IS the div safe?I warned you guys at 34$ that this is a value trap, and look where we are. Sucked in by the high div and destroyed by the share depreciation. 

Next thing is div cut. Currently at 13% at 15.50 a share. What will the catalyst be to get ala off the ground?
