Well originally I wanted to do a full breakdown. Starting with the income statement and then cashflows and then balance sheet.
I got stuck in the non-operating income section in the income statement and the biological assets section.
1-What will be the effect of biological assets on the income now that recreational is implemented and currently have 4.3m ft2 of growing space? How are they valued? They are subject to certain economic variables, so what will be the effect on them once supply catches up with demand?
2-Also, I cannot figure out how they are valuing investments using fair value through profit or loss. So I decided to skip it since it will be adjusted anyways in the operating activities in the cash flow, but I did notice that some items could be "one time" transactions.
